Open to any muzzleloading rifle. Traditional, in-line, round ball, sabots, open sights and scopes
5 courses of fire. NO cash prizes. Shooting for fun and glory, only (except running deer, #5.) Not classed or competitive.
This shoot is for fun, companionship, and a good way to get ready for the upcoming deer season.
Events: (Five shots per target, except #5)
#1. Table Shoot - 50 and 100 yd., Bullseye targets.
#2. OFFHAND - 50, 75 and 100 yd. Bullseye targets. Shooters choice of range.
#3. 200 yd. Bullseye target from a rest.
#4. 200 yd. STEEL target from a rest.
#5. RUNNING DEER target. 50 yards. OFFHAND. Shoot till you miss. Winner gets a frozen turkey.
$5.00 registration fee covers cost of targets.
Lunch available for modest cost.
