The following are proposed changes to the existing NYSMLA Constitution and By-Laws.  If approved by the Board of Directors at the Fall meeting this will go out in the next GT for all members to review and vote on.  The Yellow highlighted text is the old text being replaced by the new text in Green.  We have removed gender designations and made it gender neutral .
